The Creative Floor Awards launches The Introvert's Guide to Selling Ideas.

New masterclass aims to stop brilliant ideas dying in the boardroom.

For decades, the advertising industry has celebrated the loudest voices in the room. But what happens when the person with the best idea is the one least likely to shout about it?

Today, The Creative Floor Awards announces the launch of its brand-new masterclass The Introvert's Guide to Selling Ideas, hosted by the founder of The Creative Floor, Shaheed Peera. Ahead of its official launch, every Finalist at this year's Creative Floor Awards had been given exclusive early access to preview and access the course.

Designed for creatives, strategists, designers, copywriters and anyone whose career depends on communicating ideas, the masterclass provides practical techniques to help people present with confidence, influence difficult audiences, overcome imposter syndrome, and give their ideas the greatest possible chance of being bought. Rather than teaching people how to become louder, the course explores a different approach, the course argues something radically different: you don't need to become more extroverted. You simply need to become more believable.

Split into bite-sized chapters, the masterclass covers four key areas:
• Building authentic confidence.
• Selling an idea before you've even shown it.
• Handling objections and difficult questions.
• Giving every idea the greatest possible chance of being bought.

Shaheed Peera said: “I was the quiet kid who never spoke to anyone. Speaking terrified me. Yet somehow, I’ve spent most of my career speaking on stages around the world, mentoring creatives, selling crazy ideas to clients, and hosted hundreds of podcast episodes.” “Along the way, I discovered a set of simple habits, practical techniques and psychological shortcuts that transformed the way I communicate. This masterclass is about sharing those lessons so others can build confidence, handle pressure, and make sure their best ideas are heard.” “It’s not about becoming the loudest person in the room. It’s about finding your own authentic voice, learning how to influence people, and giving your ideas the greatest possible chance of being bought.” “The advertising industry has always invested millions in creating great ideas. We spend far less helping people sell them. I hope this changes that."

The masterclass has been created for individuals as well as agency teams, with every participant receiving their own secure login and lifetime access, allowing them to revisit the course whenever they need a confidence boost before a pitch, presentation or high-stakes meeting. All profits from the masterclass will support The Creative Floor Talent & Diversity Fund, helping the next generation of creative talent build careers in the creative industries. The Introvert's Guide to Selling Ideas is out now and only available on thecreativefloor.com
