Klick Health takes the crown at this years Creative Floor Awards

Drag queens, Chewbacca and a boxing ring set the scene as healthcare’s creative heavyweights battle it out London, 11 September 2026

Forget the usual boring awards ceremony. Last night, The Creative Floor Awards put the biggest names in health and wellness creativity into a boxing ring, with drag queens, Chewbacca and plenty of creative firepower along for the ride. And when the dust settled, Klick Health was crowned World’s Most Awarded Agency, while Omnicom Health took the coveted Network of the Year title. The winners were revealed live at The Creative Floor Awards ceremony in London on 10 September, as agencies, brands and creative talent from around the world came together to celebrate the very best in health and wellness communications. Now in its 13th year, The Creative Floor has built a reputation for doing things differently while being brutally serious about the work. It rewards real work, real briefs and real impact. And this year, even the awards themselves got a makeover. The Creative Floor unveiled its brand-new Brick award, with individual pieces of confetti suspended inside each acrylic Brick to make every award completely unique. The idea celebrates the originality of the work and the people behind it, with no two Bricks ever being exactly the same.

Shaheed Peera, Founder of The Creative Floor Awards, said:
“This is what The Creative Floor is all about. Celebrating brilliant work, having the best industry night of the year and putting money back into discovering a new pipeline of talent. Congratulations to every finalist and winner. With your incredible support, we’ve now raised over £240,000 to help people from under-privileged and under-represented backgrounds get their break into the creative industries. And this year we wanted the award itself to reflect what we celebrate. Every Brick is unique, just like the work and the people behind it. Great work, great night, great cause. That’s what I call a win-win.”

And now there’s a global league table This year also saw the launch of the first-ever Creative Floor Global Health Rankings, ranking the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, communication agencies and people. Importantly, the rankings are based on performance at the 2026 Creative Floor Awards, recognising those who achieved the strongest results across this year’s competition. The rankings give the industry a new way to see who is really making an impact, turning this year’s awards results into a global league table of health and wellness creativity. But the rankings are just the latest addition to an awards show that has always done things its own way. The Creative Floor is the only healthcare-dedicated awards show that donates a percentage of its profits to support people from under-privileged and under-represented backgrounds entering health and wellness communications. So, while there may have been a few surprises in the ring, the result was clear. The Creative Floor has once again put the spotlight firmly on the people making health and wellness more creative.
